RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Policy
Luxene Beauty accepts returns on eligible full-priced items within thirty (30) days from the date that the item was delivered to you. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Any items that are damaged due to customer use, misuse, or improper maintenance when we receive them are not eligible for a refund.
Submitting a Return Request
Complete the return request form found at the bottom of this page.
You will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label. Print the shipping label, affix it to your package and take the package to the designated shipper. NOTE: Check your emails as sometimes new emails will get hidden away in your junk email box.
Receiving a Refund
After meeting product inspection requirements a refund will be issued for your returned items. Any items that are damaged due to customer use, misuse, or improper maintenance when we receive them are not eligible for a refund.
Please Note:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges of $8.00 and will be deducted from any refund.
- Any duties paid for orders shipped to Canada or other countries will NOT be refunded.
If a Luxene Beauty product was purchased from another retail outlet, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.
You will be notified of your refund via email. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price, less the $8.00 cost of shipping. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
Exchanges are accepted on defected items only.
Returns Outside of the USA
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and will be deducted from any refund.
- Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate.
- Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm your refund via email. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items you sent back, however, duties will not be refunded.
