FIRMAGLOW® is covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

If Luxene Beauty verifies that a FIRMAGLOW® device has a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Luxene Beauty may, at its discretion, replace the defective device with the same product.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase from LuxeneBeauty.com.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear;
• Changes in appearance that do not affect the device's intended use;
• Damage caused by dropping, impact, accident, or improper storage;
• Damage caused by misuse, excessive pressure, or failure to follow the directions for use;
• Damage caused by improper cleaning, submerging the device, or using chemicals or cleaning methods not recommended by Luxene Beauty;
• Damage caused by alteration, unauthorized repair, or modification;
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers;
• Lost or stolen products; or
• Dissatisfaction with cosmetic results or results that vary from customer to customer.

If you believe your FIRMAGLOW® has a defective diamond surface or a defect in materials or workmanship, please submit a warranty claim by contacting service@luxenebeauty.com with your name, order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video showing the claimed defect.

Do not return a product without prior authorization. If Luxene Beauty requires the device to be returned for inspection, return instructions will be provided.

For a verified manufacturing defect, Luxene Beauty will cover the applicable shipping cost for the approved warranty replacement. No hygiene and return-processing fee will apply to an approved warranty claim.
